DESCRIPTION:Join us on Tuesday\, November 28th for a day of giving! GivingTuesday is a global generosity movement\, unleashing the power of people and organizations to transform their communities and the world. \nThis year\, in accordance with GivingTuesday we are excited to launch  our brand new sponsorship program! This program  allows our students in need to be matched with a sponsor willing to give them a chance at a quality education.  \nAll sponsorships will be for children attending Waves of Education Primary and Nursery school. Current students are in nursery classes up through first grade equivalent. Sponsorships are $30 a month and can be billed as frequently as monthly or annually.  \nView all available sponsees\, here.  \nYour sponsored child will receive:\n\nDaily breakfast and lunch\nSchool supplies and books\nThree school uniforms\nAccess to clean drinking water\n\nAdditionally\, your donation will support the maintenance of the school and ensure it has the resources needed to provide a quality education in a safe school structure. \nWhat are the benefits of a sponsor?\nAs a sponsor\, you will play a vital role in your child’s life. You will have the opportunity to build a relationship with your child through pictures and letters. DESCRIPTION:Beginning on Monday\, November 13th and lasting until Friday\, December 1st Waves of Education will be partnering with the Fair Haven School District and hosting its third annual Read-A-Thon. \nDuring this time span\, Fair Haven students (grades 1-5) will be pledging to read a certain number of minutes and asking family as well as friends to support them in reaching their goal through monetary donations.  \nThis year Waves of Education has set a fundraising goal of $30\,000 to help fund things such as school maintenance fees\, purchasing a bus for students to be transported to and from the school\, and hiring more teachers so that more students can attend. \nPlease join us in our effort to educate today’s youth and change lives. \nTo support our readers please visit the following website:  \nRead•A•Thon  \nThank you in advance for your support.

DESCRIPTION:A big THANK YOU to all of this year’s participants at our first in person 5K event this past Sunday! All of your support helped us raise $15\,000! With these funds\, we will be buying books and school supplies for our students and helping with operating costs of the school.  \nWe hope you had as much fun at the 5K as we did!
